Help For Us All
Remember those who hurt today.
Your life is full
and busy and
that’s okay.
Drive-Thru for the coffee and
do good work…but
don’t forget those whose pain—keeps them
at home, in the hospital, or in rehab.
Live life to the fullest.
Dine and laugh and enjoy
all the goodness of God.
This is a grace from above and
not immersing yourself in all that goodness
would be an affront to the Almighty.
Just don’t become unaware that some
are lying in their urine, others
have coughed and vomited all night, and
some wonder if they will ever walk again.
To them; all days are nighttime.
Bear in mind that they are you and
you are them; and we all need each other so
badly…for the good of us all.
And someone has to clean the sheets.
“Blessed is he who considers the helpless”
~Psalm 41:1
