We took 15 young adults to Iceland last week.
Our Goals
Expose them to another culture
Meet fellow believers from other countries
Attend worship in another land
Enjoy new landscapes and environments
Think more globally
Bond together
I am happy to report: Mission Accomplished!
Of course this took a lot of hiking, laughter, coffee, driving, music, conversations, danishes, honesty, river crossings, picture taking, sandwiches, dancing, hugs, Tylenol, mud, late hours, naps, maps, some fermented shark, shopping, getting wet, horse petting, night treks, swimming in the dark, mountain climbing, soup tasting, museums, shopping, souvenirs, black sand, Northern lights, and Red Bull concoctions that you cannot get in the US.
