I had the joy of teaching the youngest members of our flock yesterday.
We started by talking about where our favorite breakfast foods come from. When I told them that waffles, cereal, and pancakes come from grass seeds, one of them looked at me in disbelief. I further explained that sugar also comes from grasses…ah, well.
They all agreed that God made everything–so I can build on that.
The pictures are of us starting sunflower seeds. We talked about how God made the dirt and how He sends sunshine and rain.
